Friday, August 26 is Chick-Fil-A Day at the Fair!
Baltimore Area Chick-fil-A Restaurants are proud to partner with the Maryland State Fair to support the Maryland Food Bank! On Chick-fil-A Day at the Fair, Friday, August 26, from 9 AM to 10 PM, every fairgoer who brings FIVE non-perishable food items to the Fair will receive FREE admission. Help us beat last year's donation of 4.5 tons of food to the Md. Food Bank.

ADMISSION: Adult admission $10, Senior admission (62 & over) $8, Children (6 to 11) $5, Children 5 and under are admitted FREE (Rides are not included). Rides are individually priced. A ticket is required for all persons aged 3 and over for concerts held in the Racetrack Infield.
-Free Admission for Military, Police, Fire/EMS with active ID (this only applies to the individual with the active ID).
PLEASE NOTE! For the safety of fairgoers and animals, pets are not allowed
on the Fairgrounds EXCEPT those participating in sanctioned shows,
demonstrations, competitions, and trained service animals assisting handlers with disabilities per the ADA.
RIDE CREDIT WRISTBAND OR CARD (will replace RIDE TICKETS): The Midway is once again semi-cashless.
1. Fairgoers will now purchase a Ride Card or Ride Wristband (with chip) at any Ride Kiosk or Ride Booth/Tent area on the Midway.
2. Fairgoers purchase the number of credits wanted for each card or wristband. Fairgoers can purchase more credits at any time if needed.
3. There will be a one-time $2 activation fee when each card or wristband is purchased.
4. Credits are 10 cents a piece (minimum purchase of 100 credits). Each ride ranges from 30-100 credits.
For example:
$10 = 100 Credits
$20 = 200 Credits
$50 = 500 Credits
Note: The Spaceport ride ONLY is $10 (wristbands cannot be used on the Spaceport).
