JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Kepala Badan Pangan Nasional (Bapanas) Arief Prasetyo Adi menyatakan hanya program penyaluran bantuan pangan yang disetop untuk sementara waktu hingga Pemilu selesai.
Sementara program penyaluran beras Stabilisasi Pasokan dan Harga Pangan (SPHP) untuk meredam harga beras di pasaran tetap masih diguyurkan.
“Jadi hanya bantuan pangan yang dihentikan sementara, sedangkan beras SPHP tidak dihentikan. Pengiriman stok CBP (Cadangan Beras Pemerintah) ke Pasar Induk Beras Cipinang, ke pasar-pasar, ke ritel modern, ini tidak boleh berhenti,” ujar Arief dalam acara Obrolan Newsroom yang disiarkan di YouTube Kompas.com, Rabu (7/2/2024).
Dalam kesempatan itu, Arief juga memastikan baik bantuan pangan ataupun program penyaluran beras SPHP tidak ada unsur politisasi.
Ihwal ditemukannya stiker paslon capres-cawapres nomor urut 2 dalam beras SPHP, Arief menjamin bahwa pada saat beras disalurkan ke pasar-pasar, hanya menempel logo Bapanas dan Perum Bulog sebagai penyalur.
“Jadi begini, beras SPHP itu bukan beras bantuan pangan yang gratis, itu beras bisa dibeli dimana pun. Kemudian yang jelas, beras itu keluar dari Bulog, kemudian sampai ke masyarakat itu, pastinya tidak mungkin ditempeli stiker seperti itu. Kita tidak mungkin punya waktu juga untuk nempel-nempelin begitu,” terangnya.
“Tanpa mengurangi rasa hormat, percayalah bahwa tidak mungkin kami melakukan itu, kita harus jaga sama-sama. SPHP itu target penyaluran di tahun ini 1,2 juta ton dan dalam kemasannya memuat logo Badan Pangan Nasional dan Perum Bulog, sehingga masyarakat secara luas juga bisa saling mengawasi, bahwa beras ini adalah beras pemerintah,” sambung dia.
Untuk diketahui, realisasi bantuan pangan beras sampai 7 Februari, telah mencapai 185.335.590 kilogram.
Adapun pagu alokasi CBP untuk penyaluran di 2 bulan pertama tahun ini adalah 440.081.540 kilogram dengan target sasaran penerima 22.004.077 Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM) yang terdiri dari kelompok desil 1 dengan jumlah 6.878.649 keluarga, desil 2 terdapat 7.474.796 keluarga, dan desil 3 sebanyak 7.650.632 keluarga.
